HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

S SUITS  aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. The leads times are:

Suits/Jackets/shirts/outerwear & Shoes, the maximum lead time from order to delivery will be 4-6 weeks.

For handmade ties and scarfs, total lead time is 14 days from order.

 HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders will be shipped via DHL Express delivery service. This would ensure your order is handled fast. With the best care and is received safely. Delivery tracking number would be emailed to the customer. This means order can easily be tracked on the DHL website: http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html

 HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Free shipping for orders over £100, otherwise, flat rate £20 applies.

 WILL I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CUSTOM CHARGES?

No. S SUITS pays and handles all customs charges and VAT with respect to goods sold. Therefore, no additional charges would be required once the order has been placed and paid. However, if in a rare event that you are required to pay extra custom related expense, please pay the cost and S SUITS will refund total expenses with evidence of receipt and relevant paperwork sent to service@sterlingsuits.com for validation and processing.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We go to every country available that DHL offers services to. Please see the full list of countries we deliver in our shipping and delivery page.

 HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you would like to reroute your order to another delivery address, please make sure you have your tracking number and contact DHL to arrange a reroute. You can find more information on the DHL website.

WHAT IF I MISS DELIVERY?

Not to worry, take delivery tracking number and contact DHL to arrange redelivery.

 DOES DHL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY?

Yes.

WOULD I EXPECT ANY UNEXPECTED DELAYS IN SHIPPING?

S SUITS aims to maintain a high shipping service standard. However, some orders may arrive later that expected due to the annual holiday in Italy during the period of August. For customer requiring items in August, we recommend orders be placed well in advance.

 CAN I PAY FOR AN, EVEN MORE, FASTER ORDER PROCESS TIME?

Yes. S SUITS cannot bring to you a truly quality bespoke garment without some quality time normally. However, express shipping is available for £180 extra, for delivery in 10 working days.   

 WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES?

No. Once orders has been placed and paid directly, no further taxes or custom liability will be due by you. Sterling Suits Ltd handles all customs charges and VAT.  

WHAT IF I NEED ALTERATIONS TO MY SUITS?

In some circumstances, some customers might need alterations and wish to receive some contribution towards to the cost. S SUITS will cover alternations for up to £100 per garment. Please see our alternations reimbursement process.

 HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED FOR ALTERATIONS?

As an international business, S SUITS aim to provide a tailored guaranteed fit finish to each customer’s specification. Our suits and garments are very unique to each customer, so we have invested a lot of resources to ensuring your suit or garment fits in accordance with your measurements.  The added material in our suits or garments can be used for enlarging or lengthening them. If an adjustment is required and you wish to claim adjustment refund, S SUITS will contribute up to £100 towards you suit or garment alterations within 4 weeks of receiving your order. The customer must pay any costs exceeding £100.

 To claim alternation refund, do the following:

  1. Take your garments to your local authorised tailor.
  2. Have the necessary adjustments made within 4 weeks of receiving your order.
  3. Get a receipt of payment from the tailor
  4. Email receipt to service@sterlingsuits.com  with your order number or order reference and we will validate the documentation and process.
  5. Sterling Suits will refund alteration cost in accordance to terms above within five working days, provided it meets the terms of the first four steps above and a request for banking information will be requested.
  6. Notification of alternation payment will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GARMENT CANNOT BE ALTERED?


As an international business offering unique specifications to customers all around the world, Sterling Suits Ltd retains ultimate discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty and not suitable for alternation. S SUITS has a very strict tailoring and quality control process to ensuring our suits or garments are made to a very high standard and in accordance to measurements supplied by the customer.

 DO I NEED A TAILOR TO TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?

No. You need at least another person to measure you. Please follow our short measuring video guide. If after reviewing our measuring guide your still not confident, then simply visit your local tailor and get measured. If you order with us after being measured by your local tailor, upon a valid receipt sent to service@sterlingsuits.com, we will give £25 voucher off your next order. 

 HOW DO I ENSURE MY MEASUREMENTS ARE ACCURATE?

Follow our handy measuring guide instructions and you can’t go wrong or take our guide to your local tailor also to get yourself measure. Even after you submit your order, we do a sense check that your measurement is reasonable. The more accurate your measurement is, the more the better fit for you and we will only contact if the measurement submitted is very inaccurate.

 CAN I SEE MY BODY MEASUREMENTS IN MY ACCOUNT PROFILE?

 We will keep all data safe regarding your profile safe for you, including your measurements.

 CAN I CHANGE THE BODY MEASUREMENTS IN MY ACCOUNT PROFILE?

 No. But you can submit a new measurement each time you place an order if you want different fitting finish for different suits. Please note our record will keep the latest submitted measurement for an order.

 Can I have multiple measurements on one profile?

No. Quality requires consistency. But if you wish to update your measurement for future order please send us email of update required to service@sterlingsuits.com  

 REDO CERTAIN MEASUREMENTS?

 Our experienced tailors and sophisticated tailoring system predict a measurement range based on your age, height, and weight. S SUITS is here to give the best possible outcome so if we noticed that a measure greatly above the “average required”. We will contact you to either accept the measurement or allow you to adjust it by retaking measurement.

 ARE YOUR FABRICS ALWAYS AVAILABLE?

We only offer the finest fabrics in the world. We offer a wide range of fabrics to ensure you have a wide range of choices as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of every fabric at every point in time, as the fabrics are made going through a special manufacturing process. Therefore, S SUITS has the discretion to notify the customer by email if an order cannot be placed due to lack of available of fabric at that time. However, we strongly advise you have at least two fabrics in mind for order, or we suggest viewing similar colours or even identical colours with different brand offerings on our site.   

 WHAT IF I GET MY MEASUREMENTS WRONG?

S SUITS aim to provide you with the best possible fit and unique look. As a tip, a little time spent getting the measurement correct will leave to concentrate on building your garments and getting your unique look. Our guide is sufficient to get an excellent perfect fit. However, if you’re just not confident to submit your own measurements, then we advise you get measured at your local tailor located at your local dry clean service. If you place an order and you used your local tailor for you measurements we will give you £25 e-voucher of your next order as long as your provide evidence of paid receipt to tailor for measurements.
